Return and Refund Policy

We accept all return requests within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be compensated. To initiate a return, please reach out via our contact link or email us and request a return.

A return shipping label will be provided and refunds will be given once we receive the item.

All refunds are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of Capto LLC.

You will be responsible for shipping the package back to us but a label will be provided. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued to you promptly.
